Electronic mind mapping
Too bad I didn't know about FreeMind while I was at PyCon 2007. William McVey certainly used it extensively. :)
I was productive with some Schevo projects and letting stuff generally soak into my brain while I was there, so I'm not disappointed in the slightest.
Now that I'm using version 0.8 of FreeMind to get some ideas out for a network monitoring project that I'm involved with, I must say that in the last half hour that I've been using it, I'm very impressed with its flow, both with the keyboard and the mouse.
I'm looking forward to using it for more and more brainstorming sessions. :)
