reStructuredText plugin weirdness here

I really should give the reStructuredText plugin for WordPress some love. Until I do, please mind the piles of dust and crumbs left by a slightly misconfigured WordPress instance. :-)

    Hi, I’m trying to contact the author of the reStructuredText plugin for WordPress. I found a bug that breaks rendering, and I have a patch. The launchpad project doesn’t list any contact information, mailing lists, and says the project doesn’t make use of the bug tracker. Can you help me get in touch with the right person?
